Therapist Intern

(Under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapists)

Hi, I’m Arianne and I’m so glad you’re here. I truly believe that everyone deserves access to therapy—regardless of their background, identity, or story. As a therapist intern and a first-generation immigrant, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into my work, with the goal of creating not just a safe space, but a brave one—a place where you can show up fully, be seen and heard, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I see therapy as a partnership. I would be honoured to be a stepping stone, a guide, or simply a supportive presence on your journey. My background includes working with vulnerable individuals in high-stress settings such as crisis lines and long-term care homes, and I'm deeply committed to making mental health care more accessible and inclusive for all.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me out on an adventure, spending quality time with friends and family, or hanging out with my very curious orange cat, Theo. I bring the same compassion and curiosity from my personal life into my work—always eager to understand your story, your strengths, and what healing looks like for you.

If you’d like to explore therapy, I offer a free 15–20 minute phone consultation to help us get to know each other and talk about what support might look like for you.

"But in the end, it’s only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.”
